Calculators give estimates
The calculators use typical figures for coverage, waste, weights and prices. Real results depend on your materials, site and supplier. Check quantities with your supplier, follow product labels and manufacturer instructions, and check local building codes before you buy or build. The calculators are not engineering, structural, electrical or chemical-safety advice.
Templates are starting points
Contracts, lien waivers and other templates are general examples, not legal advice, and may not meet the requirements of your state. Have a qualified attorney review any document before you rely on it.
